29 year old Chad Reiner is one of the top 170 lb fighters to come out of the Midwest. Chad Reiner has been featured in a vast number of organizations including The UFC, X1 (Chad achieved Welterweight Champion status), Cage Warriors, Ring Of Fire, VFC, etc... Early on, Chad earned the nickname GRINDER, while in high school after a multitude of street fights. The nickname followed him to the wrestling mat, where he was a state qualifier and conference champion. Fast forward a few years and Reiner joins the Team Alliance BJJ in North Carolina, where he was awarded a blue belt. At the same time he trained with the Marine wrestling team and Hurricane Alley boxing club. Eventually Reiner returned to Nebraska and found a spot on the Mid America Martial Arts competition team, referred to as the MAMA'S BOYZ. He is lucky to have some great training partners there such as Ryan Jensen and the IFL's Jake Ellenberger. Chad Reiner has traveled all over the world to fight. He has trained with top Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coaches in the world and has just recently returned from Thailand.
